Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time behavioral health assistant to provide 1:1 therapy in home or community settings. You will implement goals under BCBA supervision, track progress, and communicate updates to the supervisor.

The role supports teamwork and requires reliable transportation to multiple locations. Hours are M-F, 2p-7p, with health insurance benefits available to qualifying part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple assignments daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Work as a team contributor and coordinate with management and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
