Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician for evenings in San Ysidro, CA. The role involves delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.

Responsibilities include 1:1 therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, tracking progress, and adapting goals to individual needs. Requires flexibility, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
