Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to a 9-year-old in home and community settings, with Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri 3-6pm. The role requires RBT certification and a valid driver’s license, with day-to-day progress reporting to a BCBA supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two+ years of experience with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA driven programs for youth in homes and community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policy and confidentiality.
