Role Overview

As a Part‑Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. You'll work under BCBA supervision to support skill development and positive behavior change-while gradually building experience and hours toward a full‑time schedule if desired.

Pay Range

• Hourly Rate:$20.00 - $25.50/hour (based on education and experience)

Additionalfactors that may increase starting pay include:

• Prior ABA or behavioral health experience
• Higher education or relevant coursework
• Fluency in additional languages
• Advanced certifications or specialized training

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to actively engage in child‑centered play and therapeutic activities
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
• Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• Comfort working across home, school, and community settings
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you

Experience That Transfers Well

• Childcare or education (nanny, tutor, paraprofessional)
• College students in psychology, education, social work, or related fields
• Mental health or human services roles
• Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience
