Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision in Tustin, CA. The role provides flexible weekday hours with pay to $21.00–$26.00 per hour and training support.

Applicants should be 18+, hold a High School diploma or GED, and be willing to travel within the local region. No prior ABA experience is required as CAS provides comprehensive training and mentorship.

We practice within an assent-based, child-centered ABA model and provide the training, mentorship, and clinical oversight needed to succeed-without requiring a fixed or full-time schedule.

Role Overview

Pay Range

• Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $26.00/hour (based on education and experience)

• Prior experience in ABA or behavioral health
• Higher education or relevant coursework
• Fluency in additional languages
• Advanced certifications or specialized training

Qualifications & Essential Job Functions

• Minimum age of 18

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
• Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you
