Job summary

Community Autism Services seeks a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA in homes, schools, and community settings. You'll work under BCBA supervision, build experience, and grow toward full-time hours as cases open.

Role Overview

As a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician, you'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in natural settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. • Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations
• Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, including aggression or elopement

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance
• Comfort working across home, school, and community settings
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you
