Cherokee County School District - GA seeks a Behavior Analyst to develop and implement specialized behavior intervention plans for students across grade levels, collaborating with teachers and administrators to promote positive outcomes. The role includes providing evidence-based training in behavior management, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring compliant practices within the RTI framework.
A Master’s degree and Georgia educator certificate are preferred, with district-wide
Master’s degree or higher in General Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field preferred. Valid Georgia Educator Certificate in assigned teaching field as required by the Professional Standards Commission. Two or more years of experience working with children in an area of behavioral analysis to include writing, training and evaluating academic and behavioral programming and expert knowledge of numerous data collection methods.
Develop and assist with implementation of specialized behavior intervention plans and/or strategy assistance in consultations with district and school level personnel in the area of behavior management for students in the Response to Intervention process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
