Responsibilities

• Manages the Reset Room program.
• Coordinates job responsibilities of aides in the department.
• Maintains data reports and student tracking.
• Works effectively with teachers, staff and parents.
• Assists administration with the organization, tracking and management of 504 meetings and files.
• Develops lesson plans and adapts curriculum to meet individual pupil needs.
• Provides individual and group instruction to meet student needs.
• Establishes standards of pupil behavior for a productive learning environment.
• Utilizes computers and other classroom technology in instruction.
• Provides a safe and supervised classroom and school grounds.
• Measures pupil progress and maintains progress records.
• Communicates with parents about academic and personal progress.
