The Learning Lamp is seeking a Behavior Aide to support students in a behavior intervention classroom in Johnstown. You will work one-on-one or with small groups, aligning with school district schedules and contributing to positive student outcomes.

Expected duties include coordination with teachers, keeping records, and assisting with classroom operations. This is a part-time role with benefits and daily pay between $120 and $140.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is the minimum education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Discuss assigned duties with classroom teachers to coordinate behavioral and instructional efforts.
• Help classroom teachers keep administrative records and prepare required reports.
• Help with inventory, care and maintenance of equipment.
• Help maintain a neat and orderly classroom.
• Work with individual student(s) or small groups to develop needed skills and conduct instructional exercises.
