Qualifications

• Minimum education required is a high school diploma.
• Willingness to complete required clearances and trainings (mandated reporter, TB test, etc.).
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for eight-hour shifts and mobility support for students.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as toileting, grooming, dressing.
• Provide physical and emotional support to students with disabilities.
• Implement individualized care plans with teachers and nurses.
• Support in the classroom and with instructional materials and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain open communication with teachers, parents and school staff about progress and concerns.
