Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is seeking motivated individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles. Part-time positions with growth potential to full-time as caseloads expand, plus complimentary RBT training and a clear career pathway.

Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance and professional development. As a Behavior Assistant, you will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA, implement tailored treatment plans, and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
