Job summary

The Arc of the St. Johns, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time BCaBA or BCBA to support our afterschool ABA program in St. Augustine, FL. The role involves clinical oversight, data review, and coaching of RBTs within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA or BCBA certification is required.
• Florida Medicaid credentialing or ability to credential is required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior-analytic treatment programs.
• Review data and adjust programs as clinically indicated.
• Provide supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs.
• Coordinate with families and treatment team members.
• Maintain clinical documentation and authorization requirements.
