Blossom ABA Therapy LLC offers a Part-Time BCBA position in a flexible hybrid setting. Up to 75% of services can be remote, with in-person supervision and caregiver collaboration as needed to meet client goals and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification current and in good standing.
• Active VA LBA credential.
• Experience with supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
• Reliable internet and private, professional telehealth environment.
• willingness to travel for in-person services when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, reassess, and update programs.
• Provide telehealth and in-person services based on client and program needs.
• Analyze clinical data and make evidence-based treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, and feedback.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to promote progress across settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation per payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
• Communicate scheduling, technology, travel, and service barriers proactively.
