Milestone Therapy in Chicago's southwest suburbs is seeking a part-time BCBA for a school-based role in Homewood, IL. You’ll conduct functional behavior assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs three days a week aligning with the school schedule.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop treatment plans.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and therapy teams.
• Monitor client progress and update behavior intervention plans as needed.
• Complete documentation in compliance with ethical and billing standards.
• Offer caregiver training to support skill generalization at home.
