Job summary

Children With Opportunity is seeking a Part-time BCBA to join our multi-disciplinary pediatric therapy team in Missouri. You will identify, provide, and create opportunities for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, working with a diverse team to deliver ABA and related services.

You will coach families, participate in parent meetings, and ensure compliance with BACB supervision hours. This is an on-site, part-time position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA required and state MO license.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and families.
• CPR certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight for patients and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed and maintain caseload.
• Train and supervise RBTs and ensure BACB supervision hours.
• Engage families with parent trainings and collaboration sessions.
