Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a pediatric therapy team serving children ages 2-7 with ASD. Positions available in Grain Valley and Liberty, MO, on-site in a play-based ABA program influenced by the Early Start Denver Model.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Active Missouri BCBA license.
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site in a pediatric setting.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to pass required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
• Develop and update treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervise RBTs.
• Conduct RBT competency assessments.
• Provide parent/caregiver training.
• Review data and modify programming.
• Maintain clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, Speech, and other team members.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
