Job summary

Exelare is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) to join our in-person ABA day program in Norfolk, VA. The role will eventually transition to full-time as the client base grows, with responsibilities including intakes, developing and maintaining BIPs and treatment programs, and ensuring high-quality care in collaboration with families and staff.

• Master’s degree or higher is required.
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• Virginia license or eligibility for licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of client treatment, including intakes and developing individualized BIPs and treatment programs.
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and monitor client progress for meaningful outcomes.
• Lead parent and caregiver training sessions and collaborate with families and staff to ensure ethical, effective care.
