Merlin Day Academy, an intensive therapeutic day program in Chicago, seeks a Part-Time BCBA/LBA to provide ABA therapy in our clinic, schools, and homes. You will work with children 6–14 with autism and other neurodiverse needs, supporting cognitive, social, and emotional development alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master's in ABA, BCBA certification, and IL LBA license. The role offers mentorship, supervision opportunities, and a competitive hourly rate with benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in ABA is required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active IL LBA license through IDFPR required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or neurodiversity traits.

Aufgaben

• Provide caregiver coaching and support.
• Conduct behavioral assessments.
• Develop evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students.
