Job summary

Golden Care Therapy VA in Virginia Beach seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and lead the delivery of ABA therapy for children with Autism. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, assess progress, and guide families in applying strategies across home and school settings.

This part-time, in-person role requires strong ABA knowledge, excellent communication, and collaborative teamwork with therapists and supervisors.

Qualifications

Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Part-time schedule; hours discussed during interview.
In-person role—must live in Virginia (Virginia Beach area).
Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with Autism.
Conduct assessments to identify behavioral goals and strategies.
Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
Collaborate with therapists and supervisors for service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to new treatment approaches.
