Job summary

Golden Care Therapy VA seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Virginia team on a part-time, in-person basis. You will develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with Autism, conduct assessments, and help families apply strategies at home.

Collaborating with a team of therapists and supervisors, you will maintain accurate records, track progress, and contribute to ongoing treatment enhancements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism.
• Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Providing training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of ABA Therapy services.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new treatment approaches and strategies.
