Job summary

Kennedy ABA in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee individualized ABA programs and supervise RBTs. The hybrid role offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong clinical assessment, supervision, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee individualized ABA treatment programs and provide supervision to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress using data analysis and ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support goals and generalization.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with leadership.

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis / Psychology / Education (or related field)

BCBA certification

NC licensure or licensure eligibility

Experience with autism spectrum disorders
