Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• North Carolina behavior analyst licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental needs.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee the implementation and ongoing evaluation of ABA treatment programs.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis, direct observations, and ongoing clinical assessments.
• Modify treatment protocols as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support treatment goals and skill generalization.
• Provide caregiver education and training.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and administrative teams.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
