Job summary

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in Colorado. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, collaborate with teachers and school staff, and help develop and monitor behavior intervention plans to promote student success.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, training, and ongoing professional development, with a part-time schedule and an hourly pay of $54.00. This position is in person at our Colorado locations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor RBTs and staff.
• Willingness to travel as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to RBTs and ensure ethical implementation.
• Provide general supervision to other behavioral professionals and participate in meetings.
• Collaborate with school staff to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain supervision and consultation notes per policies.
• Attend clinical meetings and branch-level progress discussions.
• Deliver 40-hour training programs for new RBTs.
• Conduct initial and renewal competency assessments for RBTs.
• Complete incident reports and document responses per policy.
• Perform FBAs to identify causes of challenging behavior.
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans focusing on antecedent strategies.
• Establish ongoing data collection to monitor progress and guide programming.
