Job summary

Clementine ABA in Richmond, VA is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time role. You will provide high-quality ABA services under clinical direction and supervision, delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, analyze data, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• LBA credential issued by Virginia Board of Medicine or eligibility
• Continuing education requirements maintained throughout employment

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based intervention programs.
• Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to ensure progress toward goals.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and support staff as assigned.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to ensure consistency across environments.
• Conduct caregiver training and ongoing guidance to support goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
