ABS Kids is seeking part-time BCBAs to join our team, founded and led by BCBAs. We offer a competitive base and bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling.

We provide options such as one remote day per week if center-based and four 10-hour days, with most BCBAs ending their day around 5–5:30pm. Growth paths and mentorship are available in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification (or in progress – new grads welcome).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services.
