Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time BCBAs to deliver home-based ABA services in the greater metro area. The role emphasizes a mission-driven, supportive culture with leadership promoted from within and opportunities to grow across 20+ centers.

You will set client schedules, collaborate with families, and receive clinical and administrative support to do your best work while making a real impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical ABA services.
• Ability to work in home-based settings in the greater metro area.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children with autism in home-based settings.
• Coordinate with families and supervising BCBAs to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and client records.
