TruPath Behavioral Therapy in Columbia, MD is seeking a part-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess and plan ABA services for children and families. You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, collect data, and ensure high-quality, compliant clinical practices.

Qualificações

• Strong skills in ABA and Applied Behavior Analysis including assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision making.
• Skills in Psychology and Behavior Management to support effective intervention strategies and foster positive behavior change.
• Skills in Parent Education to coach caregivers, communicate treatment goals, and foster consistent support across environments.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents in clinical, school, or home settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse clients and families.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation, manage time effectively, and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
