JBA is an agency that specializes in providing high-quality behavior intervention services, based on the principles of the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA), for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), related disabilities, and behavioral disorders.
Service area includes south LA County (primarily Long Beach & South Bay area, expanding to several adjacent cities).
Must be available during operating hours of 7:45am-6:30pm Monday through Friday, no late evenings or weekends required!

Conduct initial and on-going functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans, including establishing measurable treatment goals, programs/procedures for implementation, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide and supervise direct implementation of ABA-based intervention services in home, school, and community settings
Conduct regular parent and staff training
Collaborate with school staff and other professionals
Analyze data to monitor progress, modify goals and procedures, and write progress reports
Attend planning meetings with funding agencies and parents (e.g., IEPs, peer reviews)

Flexible schedule
Active BCBA certification in good standing required
Well versed in ABA principles and procedures
At least one year of experience developing, implementing, and monitoring ABA-based intervention services for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral disorders, across different settings and funding sources
Capable of managing time independently, remaining organized, and meeting deadlines
Effective oral and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be willing and able to drive to clients' homes, schools, clinic and other community settings
Monday to Friday
No weekends
BCBA Certification (Required)
