• Game Preparation & In-Game Management: support game strategy and bench adjustments.
• In-Season Team Operations: attend practices, meetings, and contests.
• Student-Athlete Development: foster inclusive, healthy, and safe team culture.
• Cultural Alignment: reinforce head coach’s philosophy and standards.
• Other duties as assigned by head coach.
