The role reports to the Head Basketball Coach and Director of Athletics and requires commitment to academic integrity, adherence to OCCAC, NJCAA and USCAA policies, and a positive coaching culture on campus.

Qualifications

• Two years coaching and recruiting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven recruiting and retention success at a higher educational institution.
• Strong administrative and communicative skills with the ability to motivate student-athletes.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, developing and coaching student-athletes
• Commitment to academic integrity and student-athlete welfare
• Coordinating & performing coaching duties and game preparation
• Assist with development of team strategy and performance analysis
• Assist with scouting, recruiting, and retention of student athletes
• Adhere to college, OCCAC, NJCAA and USCAA policies, procedures, and regulations
• Perform related duties as assigned
