Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
Required: Lacrosse coaching experience at the high school level or above.
Desired: Lacrosse coaching experience at the college level.
First aid/CPR certification is a plus.
Clean driving record is preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruit players, hold tryouts, and coach the intercollegiate Lacrosse team.
Instruct players on the rules, equipment, and techniques of the sport.
Schedule, organize, supervise, and conduct all practice sessions.
Work with Head Coach on securing and preparation of practice and game facilities.
Schedule games and travel with the team when required. May drive vans to games.
Submit all budget requests to the Athletic Director.
Promote the academic success of student-athletes and monitor academic performance to ensure eligibility.
