Job summary

Bryant & Stratton College in Wisconsin is seeking a Men's Assistant Volleyball Coach to support the Head Coach in developing a competitive NJCAA Division II program. This role emphasizes coaching on the court, supervising weight training, and aiding in film review while contributing to all team operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred), coaching experience at various levels, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to student-athlete

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred for the role.
• Experience coaching volleyball at high school, club, or college level is desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with weight training and player development strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the volleyball program, including court coaching and weight training supervision.
• Assist in film review and provide support for game statistics and recruitment efforts.
• Attend all games, practices, and team events and help with scheduling and organizing practices and matches.
• Ensure compliance with NJCAA rules and student-athlete eligibility requirements.
• Travel with the team as needed and supervise staff and student-athletes to ensure safety and professional conduct.
• May be asked to drive vans to volleyball games.
• Other duties may be assigned by the head coach and athletic director.
