Qualifications

• Two years of clerical or research experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field may substitute experience.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze player performance metrics and video to identify development opportunities.
• Utilize TrackMan and performance data to evaluate contests and provide insights.
• Create scouting reports, video analysis projects, and organized data resources.
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to align performance objectives.
• Assist in developing data-informed approaches to player improvement and preparation.
• Support a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning within the program.
