Eurpac Service, Inc. seeks a part-time Base Manager for the Whiteman AFB commissary to support operations and display activity. You will drive stock, coordinate with field management, and ensure timely shelf resets and promotions across designated locations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Area Manager and CAO, with physical tasks, travel, and strong communication as core requirements. The pay rate is $18–$20/hour for ~20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Base Manager must stay organized and focused in a dynamic commissary environment.
• Strong communication with store personnel and management is required.
• Ability to adapt to schedule changes and travel as needed.
• Physical stamina to manage stocking and display tasks.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution of new items and meet the 30-day speed-to-shelf objective.
• Collaborate with the CAO to manage shelf max for all SKUs.
• Stock shelves during out-of-stocks and backstock availability.
• Secure/display activity and order cases to support events.
• Manage shelf facets including pricing, tags, and coupons.
• Process Vendor Credit Memos (VCMs) and Vendor Price Reduction Agreements (VPRAs).
• Maintain proper store call frequency and communicate issues to AM.
• Check code dates and rotate products properly.
• Manage weekly DSD/DSDS orders and use EAGLE Eye and Retail IQ tools.
