Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle is seeking part-time bartenders to join our team. You will responsibly prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You must be at least 21, with at least two years of bartending experience.

The role requires flexible nights, weekends and holidays, plus experience with credit card processing and a computerized POS system. Weekly pay and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least two years of bartending experience required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in credit card processing.
• Previous experience using a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Receives drink orders from patrons or servers, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company-standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Enters drink orders into the POS system and collects payment from patrons for drinks served
• Completes sales and inventory reports accurately
• Maintains bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
• Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock
