WarHorse Gaming is seeking a Part-Time Bartender in Omaha, NE to provide exceptional beverage service, follow recipes, and manage inventory with a focus on responsible alcohol service.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of bartending experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to obtain a Nebraska Gaming License. Benefits include medical, 401k with match, vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology techniques.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems.
• Commitment to responsible alcohol service and ethical conduct.
• Nebraska Gaming License eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, professional beverage service to all guests.
• Prepare, mix, and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Upsell specialty cocktails and offerings while adhering to policies.
• Monitor intoxication levels and comply with service guidelines.
• Balance cash register and reconcile transactions at shift end.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
