Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. (WarHorse Gaming) seeks a part-time Bartender in Omaha, NE to deliver outstanding beverage service. You will craft and serve drinks per recipes, engage guests, and support responsible service while contributing to a welcoming casino environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of bartending experience, strong guest service, and reliable cash handling. Flexible scheduling, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow with the team are offered.

Qualifications

Must be at least 19 years of age.
Minimum one year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar, service bar, fine dining, hospitality, or nightclub environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage recipes, and mixology techniques.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to accurately operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
Demonstrated commitment to responsible alcohol service and eligibility for Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, friendly, and professional beverage service to all guests.
Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
Upsell specialty cocktails and beverage offerings while complying with responsible beverage service guidelines.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and take appropriate action per guidelines.
Balance the cash register and reconcile transactions at shift end.
Maintain clean, organized, and professional bar area and equipment.
