Job summary

Level5 Hospitality in Bend, OR is seeking a part-time bartender to deliver friendly service, mix drinks to recipes, handle cash, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar. You should have bar experience, be able to work evenings and weekends, stand for long periods, and provide outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service industry is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items (e.g. kegs).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and prepare beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
