Job summary

Springhill Suites by Marriott Bend is seeking a bartender to join the L5 Hospitality team in Bend. You will greet guests, take drink orders, and prepare beverages to guest preferences in a fast-paced hotel bar environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean bar, monitoring responsible alcohol service, and coordinating with kitchen staff for timely food delivery. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service industry is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (e.g. kegs).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
