Job summary

Troon is seeking a part-time Bartender at Entrada at Snow Canyon CC in St George, UT. You’ll mix and serve beverages, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with liquor laws while delivering friendly service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English communication. Training provided; healthcare and retirement benefits available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems (e.g. POSITOUCH, MICROS) preferred.
• Fluent in English, strong hospitality demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar and prepare beverages per standards.
• Assist in inventory control and cost management.
• Help develop seasonal cocktails and menu items.
• Create social media content and schedule for the department.
• Handle opening/closing duties including cash and POS transactions.
• Serve catered events and regular bar service as needed.
