Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon CC in St George, UT is seeking a part-time Fine Dining Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals in a fast-paced hospitality setting within Troon.

You will describe specials, answer questions, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a clean workstation and following service standards. Prior POS familiarity and a GED or high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and answers questions; offers menu suggestions.
• Takes orders and delivers food and beverages promptly.
• Prepares and maintains clean workstation; participates in pre-shift tastings.
• Handles checks and cash; uses POS system.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and follows service standards.
