Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year bartending experience or training.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.
• Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages; assist in cost control and inventory records.
• Maintain inventory control and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and company SOPs.
• Communicate guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Perform opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
• Handle checks and cash transactions; operate Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Review banquet schedules and serve catered events.
• Occasionally serve meals to guests.
• Incorporate safe work practices; perform other duties as required.
