Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and alcoholic beverages with accuracy and creativity.
• Suggest and upsell menu items, including core and special offerings.
• Take and deliver guest orders using the restaurant’s service steps.
• Coach staff on bar knowledge and maintain beverage quality.
• Pair menu items with wines and beers when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and station throughout shifts.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure a positive resolution.
• Arrive on time for shifts and follow staff guidelines.
