Job summary

Copper Canyon Golf Club in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a driven, part-time Bartender to join a fast-paced hospitality-focused property managed by Troon. The role focuses on preparing and serving beverages, maintaining inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction while complying with liquor laws.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of bartending experience, a Food Handlers Card, and Title 4 Alcohol Training. This on-site position offers healthcare and retirement benefits as part of the employer terms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of bartending experience and/or training.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
• Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Must have Food Handlers Card.
• Must have Title 4 Alcohol Training.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
• Maintains inventory control and communicates needs to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicates guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
• Accounts for checks and cash transactions; uses POS system.
• Reviews banquet schedule and events; serves catered parties from service or portable bars.
• Occasionally serves meals to guests.
• Performs safe work practices; executes other duties as required.
