Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hiring a part-time bartender to join our guest service team in a fast-paced bar environment. You will set up and stock the bar, prepare cocktails, take orders, and maintain spotless service areas.

The role requires reliability, open weekday/weekend availability, and at least six months of bartending experience. Candidates must submit a resume; knowledge of Beverage Standards and proper check handling will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months' experience.
• Must have open availability to work weekdays and weekends.
• Resume required for application.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar for service and stock supplies.
• Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices.
• Take drink orders from guests and servers in proper calling order.
• Prepare cocktails using Beverage Standards and a standard jigger.
• Follow all check handling and credit card procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties per checklist.
• Check and replace glassware as needed.
• Stock and replenish ice at all stations.
• Clean floors at end of shift and manage sanitation.
• Manage soda/juice inventory and rotate stock.
• Stock and replenish beverages where necessary.
