Job Duties

• Bundle silverware neatly to prepare for service
• Clear the bar of any used plates, glasses, or leftover beverages
• Prepare the bar for new guests after the previous ones have left
• Take care of cleaning duties in the bar area, including sweeping, trash removal, and any other necessary tasks
• Efficient in supporting patrons from the commencement to the culmination of their mealtime
• Knowledgeable in escalating guest concerns to superiors and resolving issues constructively
• Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
• You have been deemed eligible to serve and pour alcohol within the legal framework of your state
• Capacity to interpret recipe requirements and blend drinks in accordance with established norms
• In need of help with the efficient distribution of meals
• Uphold health and safety regulations within all kitchen and dining sections
• Stick to the directions provided by the manager for the entirety of the work shift
• Proficient at engaging with visitors and providing help with their requirements

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Adept at English communication, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• The legally defined age for serving alcohol in the state must be adhered to
• Sanctioned for employment in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Capable of flexing at the waist and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs. to waist height.
• Can transport goods that weigh no more than 50 pounds over distances of 25 feet.
• Skilled at maintaining an upright position and being energetic for 8-12 hours of work.
• Effective in understanding, acknowledging, and attending to the requirements of staff and customers in a noisy ambiance.
• Can withstand being exposed to cold and hot temperatures (below freezing and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit) for the entire shift.
