Join our team as a Part-Time Bartender at Residence Inn Boston/Bridgewater with Claremont Companies.

About the Role

We are seeking a master mixologist passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences. As a bartender, you will be responsible for mixing drinks, serving guests, and maintaining a lively bar environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, social atmosphere.

Location & Schedule

Based in Lakeshore Center, Bridgewater, MA. Shifts are Sundays and Mondays from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and energetic bar environment.
• Mix and serve a variety of drinks with flair.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and positive experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Build strong relationships with guests and team members.
• Handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol.
• Bartending training and TIPS certification.
• At least 6 months of bartending experience.
• Ability to operate bar equipment, cash registers, and credit card machines.

Skills & Abilities

• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move supplies (20-40 lbs).
• Flexibility to bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces.
• Endurance to stand and move for entire shifts.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
