Intelligentsia Coffee, Inc in Watertown, SD is seeking a Barista to join our team. The starting wage is $18.24/hour with a structured training program; after certification, the pay rate increases to $19.19/hour. The position is eligible for tips, typically $5.00–$7.00/hr.

We’re passionate about coffee, and that means we pay a bit more for coffee in order to buy direct and create long-term, collaborative relationships with our producers that grow exceptional coffee.

The starting wage for a Barista in Watertown is $18.24/hr. There is an extensive training program and a new hire generally should become full-bar capable within 90 days. After certification, the pay rate improves to $19.19/hr. The position is eligible for tips. These average $5.00 -7.00/hr.

Job duties:
