Scheels Corporate Office seeks a Barista & Food Prep Associate for the Ginna’s Cafe in Fargo. This part-time role covers beverages and dining, including deli, barista, grill, ice cream, and baked goods, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Responsibilities: follow food safety guidelines, manage cash per cashier guidelines, train new associates, maintain opening/closing procedures, and keep work areas clean.

Qualifications

• High school education or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and read simple documents.
• Customer service orientation and positive attitude.
• Adherence to Scheels dress and grooming standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform deli, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge and other duties as assigned.
• Follow all food safety guidelines by state and local ordinances.
• Manage cash control and till according to Scheels guidelines.
• Train new associates using kitchen tools, checklists and guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and openings/closings.
