Flik Hospitality Group in Austin is seeking a part-time Barista for Cafe 125 at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center. The role involves making coffee and related food/beverage items, serving customers, and handling POS transactions. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required; hours may vary.

Experience as a barista and in customer service is preferred. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering services may be provided at select locations as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Part-time schedule; availability to work Saturday and Sunday required.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related items.
• Interacts with customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Handles cash/credit payments and enters orders into POS.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper food handling per standards.
